Finely dice one medium onion
finely dice one jalapeno
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 C. cheddar cheese grated
2 cans hominy
1/2 stick butter
saute onion and jalapeno in butter. Add all other ingredients in pan. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
serve with tortilla chips or sliced toasted baguette
